Start-up Putting into operation, as well as instructing in operation, cleaning, maintenance and servic- ing is carried out by the relevant Bizerba customer services office or the Bizerba specialist. Use of lubricants in the production process. Substances not intended to get in contact with food could be present on the surfaces of the machine. -

Only install cutting sets belonging to the same system or make. For 3 or 5-part cutting sets (system Unger) with flange, use e.g. parts of L +W company or Christ. -
