Introduction
WARNING:
maintenance, you must read and
understand the safety chapter.
For all servicing and repair work on the product, special
training is necessary. We guarantee the availability of
professional repairs and servicing. If your dealer is not
a service agent, speak to them for information about the
nearest service agent.

To do before the maintenance
Use personal protective equipment. Refer to
Personal protective equipment on page 8 .
Use approved respiratory protection. The dust from
the product is dangerous to your health.

Maintenance

Do a check of the ignition lock.
Do a check of the throttle control.
Do a check of the emergency stop button.
Do a check of the attachment points and the lock function for the handle.
Do a check of the attachment points and the lock function for the weights.
Clean the external surfaces of the product.
Do a check of the oil cooling fins. If it is necessary, clean the oil cooling fins.
Do a general inspection.
Do a check of the grinding discs.
Do a function check of the drive system for the grinding head.
Examine the propane tank and all lines for leaks.
Do a check of engine oil level.
Replace the filter in the carbon monoxide detector.
Replace the engine oil.
Replace the oil filter.
Replace the air filters.
Examine the spark plug.
Do the service on the drive system for grinding discs.

Maintenance
Before you do
Park the product on a level surface.
Stop the engine and disconnect the battery and
the propane tank to prevent accidental start during
maintenance.
Clean the area around the product from oil and dirt.
Remove unwanted objects.
Set out clear signs to give a warning to bystanders
that maintenance work is in progress.
Keep fire extinguishers, medical supplies and an
emergency phone near.
