Introduction

General product maintenance
Make sure that nuts and screws are tight.
Make sure that the power plug and exten-
sion cable are in good condition and not
damaged.
Do a check of the electrical components,
the cables and the connections for wear
and damages.
Do a check of the RCD.
Examine the electric motors for dirt and
damage.
Make sure that the dust collector hoses
are not damaged and that there is no
blockage.
Empty the dust collector.
Do a check of the of the separator, the
separator tray and the feed spouts.
Clean the product.
Do a check of all safety devices.
Do a check of the brush list seal and mag-
netic seal for wear.
Do a check of the control cages, blast
wheels, blast wheel blades and liners for
