6. If there are two screws (E) preattached inside each Handrail (84), remove and discard the screws. Attach a Handrail (84) to the Right Upright (90) with two 5/16" x 3" Screws (28) and two 5/16" Star Washers (11); start both Screws, and then tighten them.
