Lane Departure Alarm
Trigger Action: Too close to the dash line, even if the driver turns on left/right turn signal.
Sound Alert: Three "beep" sound rings for 1 second with a "lane departure" warning.
Display Instructions: When the alarm is triggered, the corresponding lane dash line turns yellow and it
will flash three times in 1 second.
5.4 Driver Alert Button: Setup
A Driver Alert Button is available as an optional accessory for the AI
Dash Cam. The Driver Alert Button must be installed using the
provided Tek screws. The Driver Alert allows for the driver of the
vehicle to press the button and mark the recorded video with an Alert.
This makes searching for Alerts far faster and easier as G4 Viewer Plus
can be set to display Alarms/Alerts.
The Driver Alert Button requires setting up in the configuration of the
AI Dash Cam.
Navigate: Preferences
Alarm Type should be set to Alarm.
Trigger relates to the amount of time, in seconds, of pre-recording will be included from
when the Driver Alert button was pressed.
If the Driver Alert button has been pressed during the vehicle's route this alert will be easy
to find using Gatekeeper Systems G4 Viewer Plus when playing back the video on a PC.

6 AI Dash Cam Configuration and Settings
The AI Dash Cam supports a wide range of configurable preferences that can be used to
capture information and configure the device to your specification. AI Dash Cam
configuration parameters are accessed using the 'Preferences' tab (for the G4 connect app),
or the 'Config' tab (for Internet Explorer View IPC interface).
The 'Preferences'/ 'Config' tab divides AI Dash Cam device settings into four functional
categories:

Driver Alrt.
