6.6.5 Setting Area of Interest

All the acquisition-related settings are collected on the "Camera" tab of the Configuration page, see Figure
10. Pressing "Area Of Interest" button open the dialog which allows freely selecting the area of interest,
see Figure 11.
An area of interest has rectangular shape. The currently selected area is marked by a rectangle with green
corners. Press the mouse button inside the rectangle to move the area without changing its size. Press the
mouse button on a green corner to resize the area. The mouse pointer will change its shape if it is over an
active position. The size of the are is also changeable by the green sliders, while the position is moved by
the blue sliders next to the image.
All coordinates are given in pixels. The size of the rectangle is displayed at the bottom of the dialog. Changes
in any text field take place upon pressing the "Use" button. The largest possible area of interest can be set
by pressing "Maximize" button and confirming the choice with the "Use" button.
