The auto water pitcher in the GE Profile PGD Series refrigerator may not be filling due to the following reasons:

1. Door Not Fully Closed – The pitcher fills automatically about 5 seconds after the door is closed. Ensure the door is completely shut.
2. Pitcher Not Properly Positioned – The pitcher must be fully dropped into the tray for it to fill.
3. Lid Not Secured Correctly – If the lid is not properly placed, it may interfere with the filling process.
4. Water Supply Issue – Make sure the refrigerator is connected to a working water supply.
5. Pitcher Feature Turned Off – Check if the autofill function is enabled.

If the issue persists, verify these steps and check the user manual for troubleshooting.
