Standard： In the test mode #22, buzzer stops when the
1. Go to the test mode #22.
2. Turn the pulley until the base line (#1)
comes to the top.
3. Loosen the screw (#2) , then fix it when
the buzzer stops.
When looking from upper side,
the pulley base line (#1) and
screw (#2) should be on the line.
