Cleaning the warewasher at the end of the working day

Self-cleaning programme
The self-cleaning programme is helpful for cleaning the interior of the warewasher at the end of the work day.
After the first programme step, the self-cleaning programme is interrupted and a video with further steps is shown on the display. If no
notice is taken of the video, the self-cleaning programme will start automatically.

Cleaning the warewasher interior
Ensure that there are no rusty foreign objects in the interior of the warewasher, which could cause even "rust-free stainless steel" to
corrode. Rust particles can come from non-rust-free wash items, from cleaning aids, damaged wire grate racks or from water pipes that
are not protected against rust.
To achieve an optimal wash result and to increase the service life of the warewasher, we recommend cleaning the interior daily.
Ø
Remove dirt with a brush or cloth.
