Servicing the Batteries
Note:
The machine is equipped with 4 lithium-ion
batteries.
A lithium-ion battery must be disposed of or recycled
in accordance with local and federal regulations. If a
battery requires service, contact your authorized Toro
distributor for assistance.
The only user serviceable parts on a battery are the
labels. If you attempt to open the main compartment
of a battery, you will void your warranty. If you
are having problems with a battery, contact your
authorized Toro distributor for assistance.
Maintaining the Battery
Charger
Important:
All electrical repairs should be
performed by an authorized Toro distributor only.
The operator can perform very little maintenance other
than protecting the charger from damage and weather.
Maintaining the Battery-Charger
Cords
•
Clean the cords with a slightly damp cloth after
each use.
•
Coil the cords when not in use.
•
Periodically examine the cords for damage, and
replace them when necessary with Toro-approved
parts.

Maintaining the Tires
Service Interval: Every 100 hours—Check the
condition of the tires and rims.
Every 100 hours—Torque the wheel-lug nuts.
1.
Inspect the tires and rims for signs of wear and
damage.
Note:
Operating accidents, such as hitting
curbs, can damage a tire or rim and also disrupt
wheel alignment, so inspect tire condition after
an accident.
2.
Torque the wheel lug nuts to 108 to 122 N∙m (80
to 90 ft-lb).
