1.2 Intended use Intended purpose The CuratOR EX190 is intended for the display of still images and moving images from vari- ous commercially available devices commonly used in a medical environment, in particular radiology. The monitor is optimized for the reproduction of grayscale X-ray images. The monitor is not suitable for mammography.
2 Safety information 2.1 General safety instructions Correct and safe operation of EIZO devices assume professional transport, storage, installa- tion, and connection, as well as careful operation and service. The devices may only be used for applications for which they are intended.

Keep the packaging material for subsequent transport of the device. Device The CuratOR EX190 is a 1MP 19" LCD Monitor for installation in a ceiling or wall mount, or for installation in a stand. The CuratOR EX190-S version has a stand. Otherwise, the ver- sions are identical.
Description 3.2 Features 3.2 Features The CuratOR EX190 has the following features that permit a wide range of applications: Perfect picture reproduction thanks to LCD technology The use of LCD technology eliminates picture geometry distortions and color spots. The monitor delivers flicker-free images even at low border rates (60 Hz). The monitor thus meets the strictest ergonomic requirements.

1. Using a suitable tool, remove the cover from the connection panel on the back of the de- vice. 2. Connect the appliance plug to the monitor power connector. 3. The inactive resolution range is the unused range between the active resolution and the maximum resolution of the monitor.
