Functions and Descriptions
UDX-BP Bodypack Transmitter
1. On/Mute/Off Power Switch: Use to turn the pack on or off. When the switch is in the middle position the pack will
power on but be muted.
2. Volume Knob: Controls the audio level being sent to the receiver. Turn clockwise to increase volume. This control
works independently from the volume control on the receiver. It is recommended to turn this up as far as possible
without distorting to ensure a strong signal is being sent.
3. Mini-XLR Microphone Input: Connect the included headset microphone here.
4. Display: Shows the currently selected frequency and battery life. It will also show MUTE when the switch is in the
middle Mute position.
5. IR Sensor: Open the battery cover the reveal the IR sensor. You will need to point this sensor towards the IR
sensor on the receiver when pairing the body pack.
6. Battery Compartment: Open the battery cover to access the battery compartment. 2x AA 1.5V batteries are
required to power the body pack.
