NAMING A STATION
if desired, you may memorize station call-tetters and display them. In
this case, use the call-letter mode.

Memorizing with the call-tetter mode.
* A maximum of four characters can be memorized.
1. Tune into a desired station, and preset in a STATION CALL button.
* Refer to "PRESET TUNING" for preset procedure.
* Stations already preset can be recalled with the STATION CALL
buttons,
2. Press the STATION NAME button.
Select the desired character with the JOG dial.

4, Press the MEMORY button,
5. By repeating steps 3 and 4 up to four characters can be memorized.
® When "COMPLETE" is displayed, memorization is completed.
_ * Press MEMORY button within 5 seconds of selecting a character
otherwise the procedure is canceled and the display returns to
TUNER or the previously memorized name.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 when naming other stations.

Returning to the TUNER display.
1. Use the JOG MODE button to select "TUNING".
2. Change the reception frequency with the JOG dial.
* The station display name will change to "TUNER".
