OPTION 060
If the HP 53348 has Option 060 (rear panel inputs), terminate the unused
Channel A input (front or rear) with a 50n load.
3. Connect the signal generator output to the HP 5334B Input A using a 50R feedthrough connector as shown
in Figure 4-9.
NOTE
Do not use a 50n feedthrough connector at the Input for Counters with Op-
tion 060.
VERIFY: The Counter displays 5 ns -c 4 ns.

Record the pulse width measurement on the Performance Test Record Card, line 34.
Failure: If the instrument under test does not meet the test specification, consider performing the adjustments in
Section V of the Service manual as a first step in correcting the problem.
