6. Convection Cooking (Preheating)
Be sure to place only the white
glass ceramic tray in the oven.
Tap Convection Pad twice.
¢ Clock time disappears.
* Convection cooking indicator light turns on.
* "22 5F" appears in the display window.
Tap Start pad.
« "Pp" (meaning preheating) appears in the display window.
¢ Convection cooking indicator light begins to blink.
* Oven lamp turns on.
* Tnmtable begins to rotate.
* When preheating is completed, oven beeps three times.
«"P" begins to blink.
* Oven lamp stays on and turntable continues to rotate.
* After preheating is completed, oven lamp should intermit-
tently become a little bright and dim.
Wait for a couple of bright and dim cycles. This indicates that
heater turns on and off to keep a constant oven temp.
As soon as oven lamp dims unplug the AC power plug and CN6 connector from DPC.
Measure the oven sensor resistance with ohmmeter as soon as possible. It should read (approx) 70 —

SENSOR RESISTANCE
CAUTION: TO PREVENT BURNS KEEP YOUR BODY, HANDS AND FINGERS AWAY FROM THE
OVEN. THE OVEN GETS VERY HOT BOTH DURING AND AFTER HEATER OPERATION.
NOTE: The programmed temperature of 225°F, will be read around the center of the oven, the temp
read at the area of the oven sensor can be up to 50°F higher.

NOTE: If door is not opened after preheating, oven will maintain the selected temperature for 30 mi-
nutes. After 30 minutes, oven will shut off automatically.
