REASON: During first 1~5 minutes, magnetron is oscillates but the fan motor does not rotate, this causing the magnetron to heat up and
open the magnetron thermal cutout.

WARNING
A high voltage is generated in the secondary winding of the high voltage transformer and also high voltage circuit,
even though fan motor does not rotate. Be very cautious for high voltage when troubleshooting.
