BASIC ICE CREAM RECIPES:
Plant-based (vegan):
170 g cashew butter (puree)
80 g
sugar or syrup
250 ml plant-based milk
250 ml plant-based cream
Milk-based:
100 g sugar
350 ml milk
300 ml cream
Use a blender to mix the ingredients evenly. You
can add cocoa, vanilla or any other flavours you
like.
MAKING ICE CREAM
1. Put the stirring rod on the shaft at the base of
the removable ice cream container.
2. Pour the well-prepared and evenly mixed
recipe ingredients into the removable ice
cream container. Be careful not to exceed 2/3
of the container's capacity, as the ice cream
mixture will expand during the freezing
process.
3. Place the ice cream container in the freezing
chamber of the machine.
4. Place the transparent lid on the machine and
turn counterclockwise until it locks in place
and is firmly closed.
5. Insert the mains plug into a power socket. You
will now see "00" flashing on the display.
6. Press the POWER button to switch the
appliance on. The display will light up and the
time setting is flashing.
7. Use the rotary knob to select the desired
preparation time.
8. Press the START/STOP button to begin the ice
cream preparation. The remaining time will be
shown on the display.
9. After the time is up, the appliance stops
automatically and an acoustic signal sounds.
Note: When the ice cream preparation is
complete but the ice is not removed or the
machine is not switched off, the keep-cool
function switches on automatically after
10 minutes to prevent the ice from melting
too quickly. The keep-cool function runs for
10 minutes, then the appliance switches to
standby mode.
MOTOR PROTECTION FUNCTION:
If the consistency of the ice cream becomes too
solid, the machine will automatically stop stirring
to protect the motor from damage.
Tip: Regularly check the consistency of your
ice cream. If the desired consistency has been
reached before the program is over, you can stop
the process manually at any time by pressing the
START/STOP button again.
REMOVING THE ICE CREAM
1. When the ice cream is ready, switch off the
appliance by pressing the POWER button and
remove the plug from the power socket.
2. Open the lid by turning it clockwise.
3. Take the ice cream container out of the
appliance and carefully pull the stirring rod out
of the ice cream. If the ice cream container has
frozen up slightly and cannot be lifted easily
out of the recess, wait a few minutes before
removing it.
