If you have a combi boiler system no problem should be experienced. If you have a gravity feed older type installation (hot water tank type usually less than 1 bar) you will almost certainly need a pump.

Therefore our advice is to follow the instructions and perform a dry run to ensure you are confident with the build and you understand fully how the unit is assembled.

Once you are happy with the alignment, remove the panels and run a bead silicone up the sides and Rubbergum along the bottom of the column and the back panels yet DO NOT fix them to the tray until STEP 5.

- Page 14 www.insigniarange.com Last Modified: 20/06/2018 Step 3 Step 3 (continued) The inner uprights have a ‘T’ shaped slot in which you have a Now attach your inner uprights to your front fixed glass panels by inserting these over seal, perfectly shaped to slot in here. Insert the seal on both the thin rubber seals as shown by the arrows in the image.
- Page 15 www.insigniarange.com Last Modified: 20/06/2018 Step 4 One the fixed glass and uprights are in place you will have 4 push style seals to insert. ALL seals go on the outside of the shower. The two thicker seals will go between the fixed glass and the inside uprights. The two thinner seals will go between the outside uprights and the fixed glass.
- Page 16 www.insigniarange.com Last Modified: 20/06/2018 Step 5 Now attach your inner uprights to your front fixed glass panels by inserting these over the thin rubber seals as shown by the arrows in the image. Next screw the inner uprights to your curved rails using the ST16 screws for the top and ST25 screws for the bottom.

- Page 18 www.insigniarange.com Last Modified: 20/06/2018 Step 8 Fit the adjustable wheels to the top and bottom of the glass doors and ensure the wheels are at their lowest position and hang on the inner curved rails with the wheels facing the outside of the glass. Please note the push button wheels are for the bottom.
- Page 19 www.insigniarange.com Last Modified: 20/06/2018 Accessory Installation Please Note Ensure all backing film on the rear of the glass panels are pierced through the existing glass holes with a knife to provide an efficient smooth fitting and location of the accessories. We recommend using a screwdriver on the smaller holes.

Secure in place using the jubilee clips found on the grey hosing. You should have one for each end of the hose. Attach the grey hose from your valve to the inner black tube using PTFE tape (please note this only needs to be hand tight. IF YOUR DIAL DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE APPROPRIATE DEVICE: Turn on your water to the shower and note which output the water exits from then turn off the water and swap over the relevant hose.
