3.3 Maintenance

ALL MAINTENANCE WORK AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY SUITABLY
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL WHO ARE GAS SAFE REGISTERED IN THE RELEVANT CATAGORY.
Before carrying out any operation inside the boiler, disconnect the power supply and close the gas
isolation valve upstream of the boiler.
Opening the front panel

Some internal components of the boiler can reach temperatures high enough to cause severe burns
or scalding, Before carrying out any operation, wait for these components to cool or wear suitable
hand protection.
To open the boiler casing:
1. Partially undo the screws A (see fig. 34).
2. Pull the panel B towards you and lift it from the upper fastenings.

This boiler has a room sealed casing. After any operation involving opening the boiler, You must en-
sure that the front panel is correctly located, sealed & the screws tightened.
Proceed in reverse order to refit the front panel. Make sure it is located on the upper fastening and is correctly positioned
at the sides. When tightened, the head of screw "A" must sit in the rebate (see fig. 35).
