Y Disconnect power before maintaining.
Repair or
replace
cracked
weld cable.
Or

Clean and
tighten weld
terminals.

Slide tip as close to drive rols as
possible without touching.

Install correct drive roll for wire size
and type.

Secure drive roll with screw.

Cut off welding wire at contact tip.
Remove nozzle.
Remove contact tip and install new
contact tip. Reinstall nozzle.
