■ Pre-Collision Braking System OFF indicator light
• Illuminates when the Pre-Collision Braking System and Pre-Collision Throttle Manage-
ment are off.
• It also illuminates when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position, and then turns off
approximately 7 seconds after the engine starts.

■ Lane indicator
• When Lane Keep Assist is in the standby status or in operation, the lane indicator will
show only the lanes which are detected by the system.
• When the Lane Departure Warning is activated, both right/left Lane Indicators will flash at
the same time.
Refer to page 70.
• When the Lane Sway Warning is activate, right/left Lane Indicators will flash alternately.
Refer to page 73.
■ Steering wheel indicator
• This indicator blinks when Lane Departure Warning or Lane Sway Warning operates.
Refer to pages 70 and 73.
■ Brake System warning light
The brake system warning light illuminates when:
• There is a malfunction in the brake system.
• The parking lever is pulled up.
• The brake fluid level is low.
The Eyesight system will not operate when the brake system warning light is on due to the
parking brake lever pulled up or there is a malfunction in the brake system.
It may operate when the brake system warning light is on due to a low brake fluid level,
however there may be insufficient braking force.
If the brake system warning light does not turn off, immediately pull the vehicle over in a
safe place and contact a SUBARU dealer to have the system inspected.

■ Vehicle Dynamics Control warning light
This warning light illuminates when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position, and turns
off approximately 2 seconds after the engine is started. It will illuminate if there is a
malfunction in the VDC electrical control system.
