6.11 IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT THE HEART
RATE MONITORS TO TG BIKE LIVE
Make sure that the heart rate monitor has Bluetooth connection.
Attention that heart rate monitors with radio frequency connection such as the Polar T31 cannot be
connected.
Attention that heart rate monitors with ANT+ connection cannot be connected.
Make sure the heart rate monitor is not already connected to another device.
6.12 THE APPLE AIRPODS HEADPHONES CANNOT BE
CONNECTED
AIRPODS headphones are probably not seen by the Technogym Bike because they are already
connected to the iPhone. You need to put the AIRPODS in their case and press the button on the
back of the case until the status indicator flashes white. Now the AIRPODS should appear in the
list of devices identified by the Technogym Bike and should be selected. If they do not appear,
repeat the operation by turning off the Bluetooth of the iPhone to exclude a direct connection with
the latter.
6.13 RANDOM ISSUES: THE TOUCH SCREEN DOESN'T
FUNCTION RANDOMLY- THE EQUIPMENT REBOOTS
RANDOMLY - USB KEY IS NOT READ CORRECTLY
The cause of these random problems could be the power supply.
If the power supply provides the correct tension but the amperage is low, it could cause random
issues: the touch screen doesn't function randomly; the equipment reboots randomly; the USB key
is nor read correctly.
Replace the power supply, taking into account the following technical data:
