Impeller Blade Removal/Replacement
To Remove:
First, remove the M10-1.5 / 8.8 x 90 HHCS (Item #5), 7/16" Lock Washer (Item #4) and 5-Blade Washer (Item #3)
from the Standard 5-Blade Impeller (Item #1). Next, remove the Standard 5-Blade Impeller (Item #1) from the EDrive
Shaft. Finally, remove the Blade Bushing (Item #2) from the back of the Standard 5-Blade Impeller (Item #1) by
threading a 1/2"-13 bolt through the front of the blade back. This will break the Blade Bushing away form the Impeller
Blade. Refer to Figure A and Figure B.
To Replace:
First, install the Blade Bushing (Item #2) to the back of the Standard 5-Blade Impeller (Item #1). Next, place the
Impeller Blade over the EDrive shaft. Then, fasten the Impeller Blade by using (1) M10-1.5 / 8.8 x 90 HHCS (Item #5),
(1) 7/16" Lock Washer (Item #4) and (1) 5-Blade Washer (Item #3). Torque the bolt to its proper specifications as
listed in the Torque Chart on the back of this Manual. Finally, rotate the Impeller Blade to ensure that the blade is clear
of contact on all sides of the Blower Housing. If there is interference, remove and reposition the Impeller Blade, re-
tighten the hardware, and then check for clearance. Refer to Figure A.
