    Drive Stay Adjustments With your Drive Stay mounted it is recommended to position the E-Drive so that it sits between the rear tires and is angled about 35° to the right from the center of your tractor. This will keep the E-Drive stationary at the same position when the Trailer Vac swings left or right.

    Universal Mount Base Installation To Install the Universal Mount Base (Item #1) position and align the (4) bolt holes of the Universal Mount Base to the Engine Mount Arm Assembly (Item #2). Secure the Universal Mount Base by using (4) 5/16”-18 x 1” Carriage Bolts (Item #3) and (4) 5/16”-18 Ny-Flange Lock Nuts (Item #4).

    E-Drive Installation To install the E-Drive P#(A2433), locate the pivot slot on the E-Drive and the pivot bolt on the Universal Mount Base P#(A2380). See Figure A. Position the pivot slot of the E-Drive over the pivot bolt of the Universal Mount Base and rotate the E-Drive forward until the Latch Plate of the Universal Mount Base locks the E-Drive into place.

    Impeller Blade Removal/Replacement To Remove: First, remove the M10-1.5 / 8.8 x 90 HHCS (Item #5), 7/16” Lock Washer (Item #4) and 5-Blade Washer (Item #3) from the Standard 5-Blade Impeller (Item #1). Next, remove the Standard 5-Blade Impeller (Item #1) from the EDrive Shaft.

    E-Drive Battery Removal/Replacement To Remove: Open the battery housing lid back to expose the (2) 82V Batteries, refer to Figure A and Figure B. The batteries can then be removed by hand. The charge level of the batteries can be checked by pressing the battery check level, see Figure C.

    Wire Harness Installation Connect the Wire Harness to the connector of the Powerhead. Refer to Figure A. Adjust the position of the Wire Harness to ensure that it does not interfere with or that it is out of the way of all other components and then secure with Cable Ties at this time.

    Jack Stand Assembly Installation Jack Stand options are available ONLY for the X30 Trailer Vac. To install the Jack Stand Assembly, first position the Jack Stand Mount / Gusset (Item #1) behind the Pan Support and align the bolt holes of the Jack Stand Mount / Gusset to the bolt holes of the Pan Support and Frame Brace of the Trailer Vac (Item #2).
  • Page 34 Jack Stand Assembly Installation (Cont.) Next, position the Jack (Item #2) in front of the Pan Support and slide the Mount tube of the Jack through the Pan Support. Refer to Figure B. Finally, secure the Jack to the Jack Stand Mount / Gusset (Item #1) by using (1) Detent Pin (Item #3) and (1) Hair Pin Clip (Item #4).
