7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.
Malfunction
No cooling
Insufficient
cooling capacity.
Device emits
loud sound.
The compressor
does not start
automatically
If you cannot remove the malfunctions:
do not open the body,

- notify the customer service point or contact the sales
agent, while providing the following information:

type of malfunction;

article and serial number (rating plate at the
rear of the device).
Cause
 Loss of coolant.
 Damaged temperature
controller.
 Device is too close to source
heat or direct sunlight.
 Poor air circulation around the
device.
 Improperly closed door or the
door was left open too long
 Damaged or deformed door
sealing.
 Insufficient distances
between the stored
products or overfilled
device.
 Blocked air inlet and/or outlet.
 Device is placed on an
uneven surface.
 Device is touching the wall or
other objects.
 Overfilled device.
 The door was opened too
long.
Solution
 Contact the sales agent.
 Contact the sales agent.
 Ensure sufficient distance
between the device and heat
sources.
 Ensure sufficient distance
from walls and other objects.
 Close the door and shorten
the time of its opening
 Contact the sales agent.
 Ensure sufficient distance
between products and
remove excess food products.
 Do not block air inlet and
outlet.
 Place the device on an even
surface.
 Ensure sufficient distance
from the wall and other
objects.
 Remove excess food
products.
 Minimize the door opening
time.
