3.10 Check Items after Installation

Check Items
Has the unit been fixed firmly?
Have you done the gas leakage test?
Dose the unit get proper thermal insulation?
Does the unit drain well?
Is the voltage in accordance with the rated voltage
specified on the nameplate?
Is the electric wiring and pipe connection installed
correctly and securely?
Has the unit been earthed securely?
Is the power cord specified?
Has the inlet and outlet been blocked?
Has the pipe length and refrigerant charging
amount been recorded?
Is the address code of outdoor modules correct?
Is the address code of indoor units and wired
controller correct?
Has the communication line been connected
correctly?
Is the pipe connection and valve status right?
Whether phase sequence of external power cord
is correct or not?
The above inspection items after installation are the inspection for some key components. Please
conduct the check according to actual needs.
