Touch the screen with your fingers or the dedicated pen (optional).

When touching the screen, use only your fingers or the dedicated pen (optional) on the surface.
Touching the screen with objects (e.g. fingernail, metallic object, or other hard or sharp objects) other than specified may scar or stain the sur-
face, causing malfunction.
Do not apply too much pressure when operating the screen.

Only a light touch is required to operate the screen. Applying too much pressure may damage the surface.
Do not operate the computer when such things as dust are on the screen.

Do not allow contact with substances that could dirty the screen, such as oil.

Touch Screen Mode

You can select the suitable operation mode in Touch Screen Mode.
1. Touch
(Panasonic PC Settings Utility) -
2. Select the operation mode under "Touch Screen Mode".
[Pen] mode
Suitable for the dedicated pen (optional) operation.
Use this mode when not operating with finger.
Using this mode may cause accidental response to metal objects close to the screen.
Unless you have the dedicated pen (optional), operation will not be possible.
[Pen/Touch] mode
Use this mode when using both finger and the dedicated pen (optional).
If both the dedicated pen (optional) and finger touch the screen at the same time, the dedicated pen (optional) operation takes priority.
Using this mode may cause accidental response to metal objects close to the screen.
[Touch] mode
Suitable for finger operation.
Use this mode when not operating with the dedicated pen (optional).
[Touch (Glove)] mode
Use this mode when operating with a glove on.
Depending on the type of glove, operation may be ignored.
With finger operation, the screen may not respond properly.
[Touch (Water)] mode
Use this mode when the screen or finger is wet with water drops in operation.
Depending on the water drop condition, operation may be ignored.
3. Select the "Windows button in Touch (Water)".
Drag
Touch an object (file, icon, etc.) and drag your finger to the desired location
before removing it to move the object.
Swipe
Touch with a sweeping motion.
Flick
Touch with a quick sweeping motion.
