The ConnectModule has a internal battery in order to be able
to provide the services independently of the eBike battery.
The internal battery's state of charge can be viewed via the
eBike Flow app. If the internal battery's state of charge is
critical, an eBike battery should be inserted and the Bosch
eBike charger should be connected.
Switching On Whilst eBike Alarm is Active
When you move your eBike whilst the <eBike Alarm> is act-
ive, the alarm will not go off so long as you have your smart-
phone with you.
To set off on your eBike, press the on/off button on the oper-
ating unit.
For eBikes with assistance up to 45 km/h, you also need to
actively select a mode after turning it on.

Maintenance and servicing

Maintenance and Cleaning
The ConnectModule is maintenance-free. In the event of
damage or failure, contact an authorised specialist dealer
directly.
If services are not functioning despite being activated, con-
tact your bike dealer directly, from whom you purchased the
ConnectModule.
If you are handing in your eBike to a bicycle dealer for main-
tenance, it is recommended that you temporarily deactivate
the services, <eBike Lock> and <eBike Alarm>. This pre-
vents false alarms.
Transport
As soon as you transport your eBike (e.g. in a vehicle trailer,
train, aeroplane, etc.), we recommend deactivating all indi-
vidual services or activating the <Transport mode> func-
tion. This also deactivates any ConnectModule communica-
tion. This will allow you to prevent false alarms.
After-sales service and advice on using products

ents, contact an authorised bicycle dealer.

Batteries that can be removed from the power tool without
destruction must be removed before disposal itself and sor-
ted for separate battery collection.
In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU
and Directive 2006/66/EC respectively, elec-
tronic devices that are no longer usable and de-
fective/drained batteries must be collected
separately and recycled in an environmentally
friendly manner.
Electrical and electronic equipment are collected separately
for pre-sorting by type and helps to ensure that raw materi-
als are treated and recovered properly, thereby protecting
people and the environment.
Please return Bosch eBike components that are no longer
usable free of charge to an authorised bicycle dealer or to a
recycling facility.
Subject to change without notice.
