ELETTRO C.F. torch. We do not assume any
responsibility in case that a different kind of torch is
used.
1.2. DESCRIPTION OF DEVICES ON THE MACHINE
(Pict. 1)
A)
Mains power led.
B)
Block LED; lights when hazardous conditions arise
(See 5.1.1).
C)
Thermostat LED.
D)
Low air pressure LED.
E)
Torch fitting.
F)
Cutting current regulator knob.
G)
Grounding clamp fitting.
H)
Mains power switch.
I)
Power cord.
1.3. SAFETY DEVICES
This system comes equipped with the following safety
devices:
Overload cut-out:
To avoid overloads. It is evidenced by the LED C (see
pict.1) continuously on.
Pneumatic:
Located on the torch inlet to prevent low air pressure.
The LED D (see pict.1) lights when tripped.
It means that the pressure has temporarily gone below 3.2
÷ 3.5 bar.
Electrical:
Located on the torch body, to prevent hazardous voltages
from occurring on the torch when, swirl ring, electrode or
nozzle holder are replaced;
Do not remove or short-circuit the safety devices.
Use only original spare parts.
Always replace any damaged parts of the machine
with original materials.
Do not run the machine without its housings. This
