5.2 – Using the YK-41h
The EMS-41 is supplied with the YK-41h horizontal mounting yoke, and the relevant
locking knobs. Before use, check that the YK-41h has both rubber washers attached as
these grip the side of the loudspeaker cabinet as well as protecting the paint finish.

Ensure that the washers are in the correct order – form A (flat) in contact with the frame,
and then the spring washer between the flat washer and the locking knob. Tighten the
knobs on both sides to lock the desired angle for the EMS-41.
5.3 – Using the BM-41
The BM-41 can be attached to any of the M8 threaded fittings on the EMS-41 but was
primarily intended to attach to the back panel. Simply screw the BM-41 into the back of
the EMS-41. The locking nut can be used to tighten the BM-41 in the appropriate location
to allow desired tilt. The BM-41 can then be used with hook clamps or for direct
attachment in installations. For installation, it is provided with M4 grub screws and an
Allen key instead of the thumb knobs.
