To clean the print heads on an Epson ET-2810 Series printer:
1. Load A4-size plain paper into the printer. 2. Use your computer: - Click the printer icon in the system tray (you may need to click the up arrow to find it). - Select the option to perform a nozzle check. - If the printout shows missing lines, choose to clean the print head. 3. Repeat the nozzle check and head cleaning up to 3 times if needed. 4. If print quality does not improve, wait at least 12 hours, then try again. 5. If still unresolved, run Power Cleaning from the printer's control panel.
Important: - Do not open the front cover or turn off the printer during cleaning. - Cleaning uses ink; avoid unnecessary cleaning. - Head cleaning may not work if ink is low. - Always turn off the printer using the power button. - Do not unplug the printer while it is on.

When the two orange lights are flashing on an Epson ET-2810 Series printer, it means that an ink pad is nearing or at the end of its service life. You need to contact Epson or an authorized Epson service provider to replace the ink pad, as it is not user-serviceable.

To stop your Epson ET-2810 printer from printing the same article repeatedly, check if multiple copies were accidentally set. If so, cancel the current print job and set the number of copies to one. Also, ensure the print command is not being sent multiple times from your computer or device.

To clear a paper jam on the Epson ET-2810 Series printer, follow these steps:
1. Check the error message on the control panel and follow the instructions. 2. Carefully remove any jammed paper, including any torn pieces. 3. Open the front cover. 4. Open the scanner unit until it clicks. 5. Avoid touching any internal parts shown in the illustration inside the printer. 6. If needed, remove any remaining paper from the rear paper tray. 7. After clearing the jam, press the appropriate button to reset the error. 8. If the error persists, turn the printer off and on again. 9. If the issue continues, load A4 paper in the rear feeder and press the button to help remove any remaining paper. 10. If the problem is not resolved, contact Epson support.
Be careful not to tilt or turn the printer upside down to avoid ink leakage.

My wifi is not working on the Epson ET-2811. The Network Stats says Wireless is OFF. Wi-Fi direct is OFF. It works with a USB cable but not on wi-fi. My previous identical model worked perfectly so I don'y think it's the computer (mac) setup
