3) Adjust the "Lines to scroll at a time" slider bar to adjust the number of lines per scroll.

1) Open "Mouse" properties.
For Windows 10
From the Start menu, click the Settings icon, select "Devices" → "Mouse", then click "Additional mouse
options" under "Related Settings".
For Windows 8.1
Right-click the Start button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and select "Control Panel" →
"Hardware and Sound", then click on "Mouse" under "Devices and Printers".
