- Page 4 With the help of another person, carefully place the table top (#1) facing down on a protected surface. Align the leg (#2) with the bottom corner of the table (#1) as shown Step 1 below. III. Prepare two bolt assemblies by inserting FIRST the lock washer (#B) onto the bolt (#C) and then the flat washer (#A) onto the SAME bolt (#D), in that order.
