My machine turns on when I just press the on switch, it is showing a E21 error message and although it seems the machine is working the drum is not moving. My machine is a LOGIK LIW814W15

The E21 error message on the Logik LIW814W15 washing machine indicates a drain problem. To fix this, you should:
- Wash the drain filter.
- Wash and straighten the drain hose.

If the drum is not moving, it might be due to an unbalanced load. If a small load is detected, the washing machine may stop spinning after several attempts. You can try manually setting the spin speed to resolve this issue.
