Care of the Accessories
 Dirty floor cloths can be washed in the washing ma-
chine at 60°C. Do not use any liquid softeners as
this would affect the ability of the cloths to pick up
dirt. You may tumble dry the cloths.

Troubleshooting

Often, failures have simple causes and you can do the
troubleshooting yourself using the following overview. If
you are in doubt or if the failure is not listed here please
contact the authorized customer service.
Decreased steam amount
Appliance is decalcified.
 Decalcify appliance.
Steam decreases during the work / no steam
No water in the water reservoir.
 Refill water
The steam button cannot be pushed.
The steam button is secured with the child lock.
 Push the child lock at the top (steam button un-
locked).
Steam nozzle is plugged
 Remove the accessory from the steam nozzle.
 Clean the nozzle insert.
 Briefly switch on the appliance.
 Reattach the accessory to the steam nozzle.
High water output
 Do not tilt the appliance too much to the side during
cleaning work (max. angle 30°).
