  • Page 7 Step 2 Assemble the seat (5) and the seat post (2) together and adjust the angle of the seat. Fix it tightly with three hexagon nuts (17) and washers (16). Step 3 Insert the seat post (2) into the frame (19) and line up the holes. Secure the seat in position with the adjustment knob (8).
  • Page 8 Step 4 Affix the handle bar (1) to the main frame (19) with two bolts (11) and two curved washers (12, 15). Step 5 Affix the computer holder (9) onto the handlebar with a screw (10) and then insert the computer (4) into the computer holder (9) and connect the wire (20).

    Step 6 The pedals (6 & 7) are marked "L" (left) and "R" (right) Connect them to the corresponding crank arms. The right crank arm is on the right hand side of the bike as you sit on it. Note that the right pedal should be threaded clockwise and the left pedal anti-clockwise.
