Fundus Module 300 should not be used adjacent to or stacked with other equipment and that if adjacent or stacked use is necessary, the EQUIPMENT or SYSTEM should be observed to verify normal operation in the configuration in which it will be used.

  • Page 20 Contents 3.11 Mounting pin The portable version of the Fundus Module 300 can be mounted on Haag-Streit slit lamps but also on many non- Haag-Streit slit lamps. It’s hooked to the 12mm tonometer pin as the R-Type tonometer is. Ask the manufacturer of the third party slit lamp for matching mounting pins.

    Clean camera lens and optics ring before each use to avoid contamination. The FUNDUS MODULE 300 is a precision optics instrument that should be handled with care. The FUNDUS MODULE 300 is not intended to be sterilized. Ensure that no moisture penetrates the system during cleaning and disinfection.
