Message Meaning
No message on display.
Power has been cut off to the spa.
The system has shut the heater
off because the temperature at the
heater has reached 118°F (47.8°C).
Do not enter the water!
Set temperature will only reach 99°F Go to page 12 and follow the instructions
This keeps flashing on the screen
between water temp and REST and
the water doesn't seem to be as
warm.
This keeps flashing on the screen
between water temp and RRST and
the pump won't shut off
None of the buttons work but the
power to the spa is on.
I can not change my set temperature
when I press the Temperature
button(s).
A Message comes up on the screen

TROUBLESHOOTING

Action Required
The control panel will be disabled until power
returns. Most spa settings will be preserved
until next power up.
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER.
spa cover and allow the water to cool down,
then shut power off and power your spa up
again to reset the system.
If spa does not reset, shut off the power to the
spa and contact your local Dealer.
under Temperature Range to go to TR:HI
The spa has been placed into REST mode
where the heater will only come on during the
filter cycles or when the Jet pump is activated.
See page 12 under Heat Modes to change.
The jet pump button has been pressed during
the REST mode and pump will run for 1 hour
with the heater on (see page 12, Heat Modes)
The spa is in LOCK mode, to unlock the
control panel see page 14 to unlock the control
panel.
The spa is in TEMP LOCK mode, to unlock the
TEMP LOCK see page 14.
