We set out to design a grill that eliminated all of the bulky features you see on most gas grills. We started with the shelves and recessed them into the side panels which creates a more compact footprint and stylish design when closed as wells as a fully functional shelf system when open.

The pressure regulator supplied with the gas barbecue must be used. This regulator is • set for 11 inches of water column (pressure). This gas barbecue is designed for use with liquid propane (LP) gas by default. A NG • conversion kit must be used when converting the LP unit to NG unit to use natural gas.

Ventilation Requirements (All Models) The island must be constructed of NON-COMBUSTIBLE Materials Only. Keep in mind when choosing a location for your grill that it should NOT be located under any overhead combustible construction. Upper and lower level vents must be provided for combustion air on both sides of built-in cabinet.

Electrical Requirements (F36S-Pro-B / F36S-Pro-B-NG) In order to ensure transformer and interior light system longevity, the transformer must be installed at least 6 inches/15 cm above the ground. The transformer may be attached to your island material using metal screws.

Quick Set-up Guide Step 1 1A. Remove the outer carton from the pallet by lifting it vertically off the pallet*. 1B. Remove all of the foam, cardboard and plastic packing around the grill. *Please note that it is helpful to cut the tape on the top and open the flaps for easy removal.

Step 2 Open the lid and remove all grates, diffusers and packing material from inside the firebox area. Do not install at this time.

Step 3 Install the mounting brackets to the firebox using the supplied bolts (x2). The straight side of each mounting bracket should be aligned with the rear of the grill. The notched end should be in facing the front. Please note that this step is completed in most instances.

Step 4 Set the grill unit onto the island and connect the gas line according to local building codes and standards. This is a gravity fit install and will be suspending from the countertop. Please refer to the gas and electrical section of this user manual for all requirements.

Step 5 Install the AA battery (Not Included). Please ensure that the + end of the battery faces out towards the battery cap. The cap button can be removed by unscrewing by rotating counterclockwise.

Step 6 Remove the grease tray and all packing material from the grease tray. Re-install onto the grill and/or island.

Step 7 Install the diffuser panels onto the pre-installed pins. Two (2) burner grills will use two (2) diffuser panels. Three (3) burner grills will use three (3) diffuser panels.

Step 8 Install the cooking grates. Please note the small grate goes in the middle for on three (3) burner grill models.

Step 9 Install the warming rack. The back feet should be installed first and then the front feet should be rolled into place.

Step 10 Remove the laser film from the lid. Clean the entire grill surfaces with a stainless steel cleaner and non-abrasive towel.
Check all the gas connections at the base of the control valves where they screw into the manifold pipe. If you cannot stop a gas leak, turn off the gas supply and call your local gas utility or Fuego customer service at 888-88FUEGO (38346).

Rear Infrared Burner Use (F36S-Pro-B / F36S-Pro-B-NG) The rear burner should only be used with approved rotisserie kit. For use, be sure to remove the warming rack. Please note, that use of the rear burner with warming rack in place can cause damage or warping of the warming rack.

Maintenance WARNING: IMPORTANT! General Instructions: Before lighting, inspect the gas supply piping or hose prior to turning the gas “on”. If there is evidence of cuts, wear or abrasion, it must be replaced prior to use. Replacement pressure regulators and hose assemblies must be those specified by the outdoor cooking gas appliance manufacturer.

Grill Burner Exterior Cleaning Clean the exterior of the burner with a wire brush. Clean stubborn scale with a metal scraper. Clear any clogged ports with a straightened paper clip. Never use a wooden toothpick as it may break off and clog the port.

Residue Tray Cleaning: The residue tray can be washed by hand with standard dish soap and water. Please clean every 2-4 weeks depending upon use. Surface Cleaning: Grill should be covered when not in use to protect it from outdoor elements. Wipe down surface to remove any cooking residue with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth.
