In "absence" mode, the TYBOX screen indicates OFF. Depending on the current mode,
- the heating is in frost protection mode (10°C),
- the air conditioning is off.
In "system shutdown mode", the Tybox screen indicates OFF.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 What the receiver LEDs mean

5.2 Changing batteries

• The symbol
appears.
You have approximately 1 month to replace
them (two 1.5 V alkaline batteries, either LR03 or
AAA).
WARNING: make sure you insert the batteries
facing the right way and that they are the right
type (no lithium batteries).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
• The screen displays:
Your Tybox transmitter is temporarily awaiting feedback.
• The screen displays:
Your Tybox transmitter has just "woken up" (exit standby).
• The screen displays "dF 0".
Your Tybox transmitter is not associated to a heating receiver.
• The screen displays "dF 9".
One-off wireless fault during wireless communication (turning on, sending a command).
If fault 9 persists for more than one hour, the receiver operates in emergency mode (*).
(*) Function in backup mode:
The receiver control is in Emergency Frost Protection mode (effective operation for 15 minutes over 1 hour,
indicated by the
red LED). A manual Shutdown override is authorised by pressing the button on the receiver. Press the
button again to return to Emergency Frost Protection mode.
Note that if the receiver control is in system shutdown, it remains in permanent shutdown.
Emergency mode is exited as soon as communication is re-established.
• The screen displays "dF22".
You are controlling several receivers that are not in the same operating mode (heating or air conditioning).
Press mode to synchronise them, the dF22 display disappears.
• You do not have access to the settings
The buttons are locked. The screen displays "----". To
unlock them periodically (until the next time the system is in
standby), press the +
and - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. To unlock them
permanently, consult the
CF02 configuration menu.
