NOTE:
Hard drive is available only on computers that are shipped with 3-cell battery.
Remove the
base
cover.
Procedure
1. Using the pull-tab, disconnect the hard-drive cable from the system board.
2. Remove the three screws (M2x3) that secure the hard-drive assembly to the palm-rest assembly and keyboard shield.
3. Lift the hard-drive assembly along with its cable off the palm-rest assembly.
4. Disconnect the interposer from the hard-drive assembly.
