Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
3 ­ 4 sprigs of flat Parsley
3 ­ 4 stalks of Basil
ca . 100 ml Olive oil
1 untreated Lemon
1 heaped tsp Mustard (Dijon mustard)
1 Garlic clove
Salt, Pepper, Sugar
Preparation
1) Remove the leaves from the stems of the herbs and place them in a high
mixing bowl .
2) Add the juice of the lemon and a little zest .
3) Peel the garlic clove and cut it into small cubes .
4) Place the mustard, the chopped garlic, salt and pepper in the mixing bowl .
5) Mix the ingredients with the hand blender and gradually add the olive oil .
6) Season the vinaigrette to taste and perhaps add a pinch of sugar .

Yoghurt banana milk shake

Ingredients
250 g yoghurt (vanilla)
1 banana
200 ml milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
1) Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces .
2) Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl .
3) Use hand blender to blend and puree .
