    • HD-NDI-200 Camera • Computer (PC only, MAC not supported) • MicroUSB cable • Access to HD-NDI-200 Web UI • Latest Firmware (bin file) Please note that this upgrade has two parts. will result in potential Failure to do both parts damage to the camera.
  • Page 4 FW Installation Guide Part 1: ARM 1. Please unplug the power from the camera and flip the PTZ upside down. You are looking for a set od dipswitches on the back of the camera. You will flip both switches off. 2.
  • Page 5 3. Next, power the camera with either the recommended DC12V or PoE+ wire. 4. In the download file, locate the file STEP 1. ARM and search for the mcuispSTM folder. Open the mcuisp program inside. 5. In the program, please make sure you have your correct COM port and BPS selected as seen in the picture.

  • Page 8 8. You will then see a green progress bar on the bottom right if everything has been done correctly. Please wait for that to finish. 9. You will then see a “Mission Complete” sign stating the the update was complete. 10.You can then unplug the camera’s power and USB cable.
  • Page 9 FW Installation Guide Part 2: ISP 1. Access the web UI by connecting to the cameras IP address. The default IP is 192.168.1.188. 2. Once in, please go to the settings tab located on the top right. Then go to the firmware tab on the right.
  • Page 10 3. Click on select file. Here, you will select HD- NDI-200 ISP v90.bin file found from the FW download folder. 4. You will then see a progress bar as seen below. Please do not close the browser or remove any connections between the camera and power.
  • Page 11 5. Once the upgrade finishes, the camera will reset. Please give it a moment to reinitialize. Note that some settings may be resetted, so please check again. 6. It will bring you back to the login form. Please relog in and check the firmware version.

Please download our engineering tool: https://aidaimaging.com/wp- content/uploads/2021/05/AIDA-Engineering-Tool.zip (windows only) 2. When opening the file, please click the US flag for English. 3. Next, you will make sure your IP address for your PC is on the left, FIC protocol is left alone, and then click search.
