If the glass programme indicator is flashing rapidly (blinking five times faster than normal operation) and the Logik LID60W20 machine is beeping and pumping out, it indicates a water leakage issue. Possible causes include:

- A leaking tank
- A leaking hose
- A broken float switch or a faulty PCB

The recommended action is to call a qualified technician for further inspection and repair.

Our dishwasher will not start. The lights come on for the particular program but it will not start. We have tried holding each button for 10 seconds and still no joy.

The Logik LID60W20 dishwasher may not start despite the program lights being on for the following reasons:

1. The door is not properly closed: Ensure the door is firmly closed. A click sound should be heard when it is closed correctly.
2. The unit is not switched on: Press the On/Off button and select a program.
3. The dishwasher is not connected to the mains socket: Verify that the mains plug is properly connected to the socket.

Check and address these issues to resolve the problem.
