• Make sure that children are supervised so that they can
not play with the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance when the cord is damaged or
when the appliance is dropped or damaged. to avoid
the risk of electrical shock, never disassemble the
appliance yourself, but take it to a qualified technician.
if the appliance is assembled incorrectly, this may
cause electrical shock when the appliance is used.
• all repairs should be conducted by an acknowledged
service center.
• only use the appliance for its intended purpose.
• if the use of an extension cord is absolutely necessary,
then use a cord of 10 amp. cords of less than 10 amp.
can overheat.
• Do not use another high voltage appliance on the same
circuit to prevent overcharge of the circuit.
• check if the voltage stated on the appliance
corresponds with the voltage of your power grid at
home.
• the heating element is somewhat greased, which may
cause the grill to smoke a little during the first use.
this is normal and the smoke will disappear after a
short while. turn on the grill for about 10 minutes
before using the appliance for the first time. This will
make the smoke and smell disappear.
• never use the appliance outdoors and always put it in
a dry surrounding.
• never leave the appliance unattended when it is in use.
