Great for fries, roasted nuts and other snacks. Use spit removal tool to place basket into
unit.

Drip Tray
Keep in place for easy clean-up.

Rotisserie Spit Assembly
Used for roasts and whole chicken. Force shaft lengthwise through meat and centre.
Slide forks onto shaft from either end into meat, then lock in place with set screws.
There are indentations on the shaft for the set screws. You can adjust the screws closer
to the middle if needed but never outward towards the ends.
