Troubles about receiving a still image
– DCR-TRV80 only
The message "Bluetooth Authentication Error" appears, and you cannot receive a still
image.

The authentication time limit (30 seconds) is over.

You did not enter the correct passkey.

The connected device disconnects or ends the connection.

The passkey you entered is wrong. Enter the correct passkey.
The message "Bluetooth Communication Disconnected" or "Error Receiving" appears, and
you cannot send a still image.

The connected Bluetooth device is turned off.

The Bluetooth device is too far from your camcorder.

The radio waves between your camcorder and the connected device were blocked.

The connected device disconnects or ends the connection.
