(16) - Switch
The swivel bracket (2) swivels back to its initial position.
7. Loosen the screw and set the switch cam (17) by shifting.
Important
If the switch actuation point is set too early, the workpieces will not be
clamped safely and may fall to the ground. Check the optimal switch
actuation point by performing stacking operations with workpieces and
correct it if necessary.
16.2.3 Setting the stacking speed
The speed of the swiveling movement performed by the clamping bracket
and the throw-over bracket can be set separately using the throttle valves
of the cylinders. The swiveling movements should be performed rapidly,
but not abruptly.
To check the speed of the stacker function, open the menu Service >
Multi test > Multi test I/O and select the output Y14 ( p. 326).
16.2.4 Activating the stacker
You activate the stacker in the menu Service > Machin config.
( p. 286).

The switch (16) must be operated approx. 5 mm before the stacking
bracket (1) is reached.
