Malfunction
Water leaks from the filler
plug of the boiler.
No steam is generated and
no water/chemicals are
sprayed when the pump
switches on the unit and
handle are switched on
The suction function remains
off
Probe Dirty water tank full. When the dirty water tank is full, the probes (13)
automatically switch off the motor. Reset the unit to operation.
Cause
Filler plug not screwed down
properly.
Seal of the filler plug
defective.
The container ( 15 ) does not
contain water or chemicals.
Dirty water tank full

Solution
Tighten the plug. Replace the
plug gasket.
Refill with water or chemicals
Dos Switch off the unit using
the switches.
Empty the dirty water tank
and clean the overflow
electrodes.
If the malfunction persists,
please contact an authorized
service center.
