Removing the Rear Chassis Cover
To remove the rear cover,
first locate the screws that

hold the cover on the each
side of the chassis, as
shown on the right.
After removing the side
screws, slide the panel

towards the back and pull
up to remove.
Caution: Except for short periods of time, do not operate the server without the cover in
place. The chassis cover assists with proper airflow that prevents overheating.
